Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead sophisticated offensive security operations and strengthen client resilience against cyber threats. You will identify threats, oversee pen tests, red team and purple team exercises, and deliver clear reports to technical and executive audiences.

You will mentor analysts, drive a collaborative culture, and stay ahead of trends while representing EY at industry events. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related field with 6+ years of related work experience or a Master’s with 3-4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects and reporting.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing and red team programs.
• Scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% and valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities in enterprise environments and lead offensive security engagements.
• Oversee delivery of penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements and produce actionable reports.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Stay current with cyber threats and represent EY at industry groups and conferences.
