Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead offensive security engagements and guide teams across penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises.

You will deliver clear reports to technical and executive audiences while mentoring analysts and staying abreast of the latest threats and techniques. The role involves domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years in pen testing or a Master’s with 3-4+ years.
• Experience managing and executing penetration testing projects including red/purple team work.
• Proficient in manual attack testing and scripting/programming skills (Python/PowerShell/Java/Perl).
• US driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated offensive security operations to improve client resilience.
• Oversee penetration testing, red team and purple team engagements.
• Ensure actionable, clear reports for technical and executive audiences.
