Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead sophisticated offensive security engagements for client resilience against cyber-attacks. You will identify threats, lead testing teams, and deliver clear reports to technical and executive audiences while mentoring analysts.

The role requires extensive penetration testing experience, strong leadership, and ongoing awareness of emerging threats and industry best practices. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of related work experience or Master’s with ~3–4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience managing and executing penetration testing projects.
• Experience with manual attack and penetration testing; Red/ Purple team programs.

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities in enterprise environments.
• Lead technical teams in penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises.
• Oversee delivery of offensive security engagements and produce clear, actionable reports for technical and executive audiences.
