Job summary

Travel up to 50% and collaboration across cross-functional teams are expected to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in penetration testing or 3-4+ years with a Master’s.
• Experience leading penetration testing projects and teams.
• Experience with scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, Java, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security engagements including penetration tests, red team, and purple team exercises.
• Oversee delivery of clear, concise reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts and foster a collaborative culture.
• Stay current with threats and industry best practices; represent EY at industry events.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration across security and business teams.
