Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team to lead offensive security operations and strengthen client resilience against cyber threats. You will guide technical teams through penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises, delivering actionable reports for both technical and executive audiences.

You will mentor analysts, stay ahead of threat trends, and represent EY at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related field with years of related work experience.
• Master’s degree with 3–4+ years of penetration testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements across internet, intranet, web apps, cloud, and social engineering.
• Oversee delivery of engagements and ensure clear, concise client reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor analysts and foster a collaborative, trust-based team culture; stay current with threats and industry best practices.
• Represent EY in industry groups and conferences; travel up to 50% as required.
• Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines under established rules of engagement.
