Eden Capital Careers in Austin, TX is seeking an expert Siemens NX CAM programmer to lead our CAD-to-CAM team for 5-axis CNC cells, with hands-on programming of aerospace/defense parts including titanium, Inconel, aluminum.

You will build the programming standards from scratch, train programmers, define processes, and collaborate with automation and software engineers to optimize CAM workflows in a tightly integrated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of NX CAM programming experience.
• Experience leading CAD-to-CAM teams for 5-axis CNC cells.

Responsabilités

• Lead CAD-to-CAM team and build programming standard from scratch for automated 5-axis CNC cells.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts (titanium, Inconel, aluminum).
• Train programmers, define processes, and build probing stacks for lights-out production.
