Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting in Austin, TX seeks an expert Head Programmer / CNC Programmer to lead our CAD-to-CAM team for 5-axis CNC cells. You will build the programming standard from scratch and program complex aerospace parts as needed.

You should have 5+ years of CNC programming, experience with Siemens NX CAM, in-process probing, and post processors, and be able to train others. Relocation package offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and CAD-to-CAM leadership.
• Expertise in Siemens NX CAM for complex aerospace parts.
• Ability to train programmers and define standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead our CAD-to-CAM team and build programming standard from scratch for automated 5-axis cells.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts yourself as needed.
• Train programmers, define processes, and develop probing stacks for lights-out production.
