Job summary

Your Talent Team in Austin, TX seeks an expert Head Programmer/CNC Programmer with 5+ years of Siemens NX CAM experience to lead our CAD-to-CAM team and build the programming standard for automated 5-axis CNC cells. You will program complex aerospace parts and train others, shaping post-processor strategies and probing stacks for lights-out production.

The ideal candidate has experience in NX Post Builder or Post Configurator and a track record of improving milling processes, tooling strategies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Siemens NX CAM and aerospace/CNC programming.
• Experience leading CAD-to-CAM teams and developing 5-axis NC programming standards.
• Experience with probing stacks and lights-out production.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAD-to-CAM team and build the programming standard from scratch for automated 5-axis CNC cells.
• Train programmers, define processes, and build probing stacks for lights-out production.
• Program complex aerospace and defense parts yourself (titanium, Inconel, aluminum).
• Collaborate with Automation Engineer and software engineers to automate CAM workflows.
