Henderson Group in Austin, TX is seeking an expert Head Programmer/CNC Programmer with 5+ years of Siemens NX CAM experience to lead our CAD-to-CAM team and build the programming standard for our automated 5-axis cells.

You will program complex aerospace and defense parts, train programmers, and collaborate with Automation and software engineers to optimize tooling, probing, and post-processing in NX.

Formación

• 5+ years of Siemens NX CAM experience and leadership of CAD-to-CAM efforts.
• Capable of programming complex aerospace and defense parts.
• US citizen or Green Card holder; ITAR compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CAD-to-CAM team and build the programming standard for 5-axis cells.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts (titanium, Inconel, aluminum).
• Train programmers and define processes; build probing stacks for lights-out production.
• Collaborate with Automation Engineer and software engineers on CAM workflows and post-processor configurations.
