Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold an active, unrestricted RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience with at least one year in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to support healthcare instructors through onboarding and curriculum adoption.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Coordinator with development, review, and alignment of healthcare course curriculum and materials.
• Serve as substitute instructor for healthcare courses within qualifications and approvals.
• Assist with scheduling Nursing courses and VBON exams as needed.
• Adhere to Tidewater Community College policies and Virginia Board of Nursing requirements.
• Coordinate student clinical processes and manage instructional documentation.
