Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory NP experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Active Florida NP license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of health care regulations and standards.
- Willingness to travel within Florida facilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Examine patients and review medical records.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose health conditions and propose treatments.
- Prescribe medications and maintain records.
- Educate patients and families on diseases and prevention.
- Oversee NP team and lead meetings.
- Provide coverage at other Florida facilities when needed.
