Job summary

KOPA, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat residents at Avante at Melbourne, Florida. The NP will lead care, order tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high quality patient outcomes.

Candidates should have a valid NP license, at least one year supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting, and strong communication skills. Occasional in-state travel may be required to cover other Florida facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience in primary, acute and chronic care.
• Excellent communication and strong ethics.
• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to mentor others.
• Willingness to travel within Florida facilities as needed.
