Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Manager, Transportation Financial Performance to bridge Transportation Operations and Logistics Finance. You will translate operational activity into financial KPIs, support month-end close, and drive cost visibility for leadership.

You’ll own weekly performance reviews, analyze cost drivers like carrier rates and fuel, and collaborate with Procurement to optimize contracts and savings programs. Experience with SAP, Excel, and data dashboards is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Transportation operations, supply chain, or finance with strong operational exposure.
Strong understanding of Transportation cost drivers—freight, carrier management, fines, fuel, and network operations.

Responsibilities

Own weekly performance cadence with Transportation Ops leadership and Logistics Procurement.
Translate operational activity into financial KPI visibility and explain cost variances.
Develop and maintain financial visibility tools giving real-time cost awareness to Ops leaders.
Lead savings calculations for Transportation productivity initiatives and support contract negotiations with cost analyses.
