Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Manager, Transportation Financial Performance in Chicago. This role connects Transportation Operations with Finance, translating operational activity into financial KPI visibility and driving cost-optimization actions. Reports to the Sr.

Manager, Logistics Financial Performance and collaborates with the FP&A team to support monthly close, forecast, and BU conversations. Strong knowledge of transportation cost drivers and data storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of Transportation cost drivers and operational exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly performance meeting cadence with Transportation Ops leadership.
• Act as the primary Finance point of contact for Transportation operational teams.
• Translate operational activity into financial KPI visibility and insights.
• Develop understanding of cost drivers (freight, fuel, network utilization).
• Partner with Ops to identify root causes and co-develop action plans.
• Build and maintain financial visibility tools for real-time cost awareness.
• Lead savings calculations for Transportation productivity initiatives.
• Support contract negotiations with Procurement.
