Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Floating Lead Maintenance Technician to uphold a safe, well‑maintained living environment for residents across multifamily communities. The role includes training maintenance staff, overseeing service requests, and coordinating with property managers and vendors.

The position requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience with property management software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance or related field
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code
• Proficient with property management software (OneSite, Yardi) and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Monitor hazardous conditions and ensure property safety.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee service requests, delegate tasks, and manage budget awareness.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure work meets company standards.
