Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate safety, and ensure timely repairs and preventive care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in related maintenance, property management experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory leadership and team-building skills.
• Expertise in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
• HVAC, EPA, CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family community.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff daily.
• Ensure safety inspections and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Manage budget and procurement of maintenance supplies.
