Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Hampton Point in Silver Spring, MD. You will manage daily tasks, coordinate contractors, handle work orders, and oversee apartment turns while addressing resident concerns.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in residential multifamily maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred or obtainable within 6 months.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with resident focus.
• Comfort with technology and work order platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and flooring.
• Oversee unit turnover and move-in/move-out processes.
• Manage work order systems with timely updates.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and third-party services.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to extend asset life.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on project updates and progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and goals.
