Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management seeks an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at 101 Ellwood Apartments in Baltimore, MD. You will schedule contractors, manage work orders, and oversee resident concerns, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Requires HVAC certification, strong plumbing/electrical skills, and 3+ years supervisory experience in residential maintenance. Valid driver's license and HVAC certification are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years' experience in residential multifamily or facility maintenance.
• Three years of supervisory experience in residential maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and unit turnover.
• Manage move-in and move-out processes.
• Schedule and execute routine preventative maintenance.
• Update work order systems and generate work orders.
• Communicate with Property Manager to provide updates of projects, unit turns and work order status.
• Schedule and manage contractors, vendors and third-parties.
