The Sr. Manager, Warehouse Operations is a critical leadership role within the Logistics and Warehouse Operations team and will be instrumental in driving overall warehouse team performance in support of production operations. Reporting directly to the Director, Logistics, this position requires hands-on support for multiple teams operating out of multiple facilities, and requires strong leadership to develop a culture of performance and safety. Additionally, this position will play a critical role in developing and revising existing systematic processes, will drive integration between multiple enterprise level platforms, will implement widespread changes between warehouse organization and layout, will build a detailed set of metrics to measure and evaluate performance, and will ensure all team members are appropriately trained on all new processes.
The Role Will directly manage warehouse teams for both Divergent and Czinger, supporting a wide range of activities including additive manufacturing production, outbound transportation support, lineside kitting for finished goods and vehicle builds, and overall warehouse management for all of the above.
Support digital transformation efforts as the warehouse system subject matter expert, analyzing existing systems integrations or lack thereof to determine MVP path, and enabling best in class systems to ensure the warehouse team successfully supports all critical needs across both businesses.
Accountable for accuracy of all transaction based processes – receipts, issues, kitting, WIP movements, quality dispositions, etc. in addition to supporting monthly reconciliation with finance and accounting.
Responsible for evaluating existing part life cycle processes and will be required to implement improvements to ensure quality, accuracy, and timing requirements are met.
Develop cycle count plan, generate plan reports, schedule counts, validate variances, and complete count adjustments.
Report and track material stock levels across all organizations and work closely with purchasing and material planning to drive accuracy across planning and demand activities.
Drive continuous improvement across kitting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in support of future growth and scale.
Work closely with purchasing team to ensure systematic orders are aligned with physical receipts, and drive reconciliation as needed.
Support warehouse expansion operations by evaluating future space requirements based on demand forecasts and existing inventory levels.
Provide hands-on support to teams as needed based on day-to-day demand.

Pay Range $147,940 — $203,420 USD
