Job summary

Divergent, a leading advanced manufacturing and engineering organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead multi-area operations including CNC machining, robotic assembly, and anodizing in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive daily execution, coach frontline staff, and coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to meet safety and quality targets while improving throughput and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years in a people leadership or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with 5 axis CNC machines, automation lines, and robotics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across CNC machining, cleaning, robotic assembly, and anodizing.
• Lead a team of technicians to meet production schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Plan and allocate labor, equipment, and materials to hit short- and long-term goals.
• Troubleshoot process issues with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers on process improvements and DFM initiatives.
• Coach and develop staff to improve performance and accountability.
• Document production activities, downtime, and maintenance logs accurately.
• Support capital planning and 5S initiatives to raise capacity and capability.
