Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in building or apartment maintenance work, with at least 5 in a supervisory role.
• Must have valid Florida driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment performance.
