Job summary

Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee complex maintenance across multiple sites, supervise the Maintenance Technician and Housekeeping staff, and ensure staff are trained and scheduled.

The role requires at least five years in senior property maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel; healthcare facility exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a senior property maintenance position.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to manage multiple facility locations.
• Minimum two years of staff leadership.
• Valid and current driver's license and the ability to travel to all sites.
• Basic mechanical skills for routine buildings/grounds maintenance.
• Healthcare facilities experience and interaction with individuals with disabilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, perform, and evaluate complex maintenance.
• Provide direct supervision of the Maintenance Technician and Housekeeping staff.
• Ensure staff are properly trained and scheduled.
• Coordinate, monitor, and document the purchase of supplies, materials, equipment and contracted services.
