Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• NC Professional Educator's License in the subject area and grade level required.
• At least 4 years of prior teaching experience.
• Evidence of initiative and effective leadership/coaching of adults.

Responsibilities

• Coach 4-6 teachers intensively with weekly/bi-weekly cycles.
• Lead a team of teachers and support staff for multiple classrooms.
• Set annual goals and review student progress to improve outcomes.
• Provide feedback to the principal on team development.
• Collaborate to align instruction with standards and data.
