Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service and/or cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to members based on their financial needs and goals.
• Collaborate with Office Supervisor for coaching and team development.
• Assist employees with error resolution and resolve member/employee concerns.
• Monitor and manage office cash supplies and weekly cash orders.
• Complete monthly reporting including ATM inspections and end-of-month drawer reporting.
• Act as vault custodian handling ATM, recycler, and cash shipments from the Federal Reserve.
• Serve in MSR or MSR II roles as outlined in the MSR/MSR II descriptions.
