Job summary

Community First Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative in Wisconsin to engage with members through face-to-face conversations, uncover financial needs, and offer appropriate deposit and loan products.

You will open and service accounts, assist with transfers and statements, process loan applications, and promote additional credit union services to deepen member relationships while delivering outstanding service in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience; prior lending, and financial services preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based software.
• Passion for providing outstanding service to members.
• Ability to work hard, find solutions and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by meeting and speaking with members to uncover financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Open and service deposit accounts for members or prospective members.
• Assist members with service needs, including transfers, checks, and statements.
• Assist members in resolving questions or concerns about their accounts.
• Take loan applications, perform analysis, obtain approval, and close loans.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products to deepen member relationships.
