WESTconsin Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly and professional Teller who will represent the credit union to members, process transactions accurately, and provide helpful information about accounts and services.

You will join a team focused on member service and community impact, with a rotating Saturday schedule, opportunities to grow your career, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and retirement plans.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required.
• A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• This includes every other Saturday rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of Teller transactions.
• Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts, individual retirement, health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts).
• Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information.
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution.
• Learn to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately.
