1st Community Credit Union in West Salem, WI, is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Member Service Representative I to join our West Salem Office. The MSR I serves as the first point of contact for members, handling transactions and guiding inquiries to meet member needs.

You will build relationships, promote appropriate products and services, and adhere to privacy and policies while collaborating with colleagues across departments.

Position Summary
