WESTconsin Credit Union is hiring a Teller to serve members with friendly, professional service and accuracy in transactions. You’ll open new share accounts, explain product features, and respond to member questions while maintaining confidentiality and a positive demeanor.

Join a team that values community impact and opportunities to grow within a supportive culture. This role includes every-other-Saturday rotation and requires a high school diploma and proven customer service experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills.
• A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• This includes every other Saturday rotation.

• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of Teller transactions
• Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts, individual retirement, health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts)
• Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution
