Job summary

CLA is seeking a Lead Modern Workplace SharePoint Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead architecture, governance, and deployment of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, and Power Platform across the enterprise.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Stakeholders, and drive modernization, migrations, and scalable content management solutions that enhance employee experience and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in enterprise collaboration platforms.
• 8+ years of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 engineering experience preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations.
• Experience building governance, information architecture, and content management strategies.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Platform and Copilot.
• Experience supporting enterprise collaboration and document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of SharePoint Online across the enterprise.
• Act as the primary technical authority for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams integrations, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, site provisioning standards, and metadata strategies.
• Lead intranet, portal, document management, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Design scalable content management solutions supporting business operations and client engagement.
• Translate requirements into modern Microsoft 365 solutions with enterprise alignment.
• Drive modernization including migrations from legacy platforms and on-premises SharePoint.
• Lead integration with Power Platform, Copilot, Viva, CRM, and other enterprise apps.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.
