Job summary

CLA is seeking a Lead Modern Workplace SharePoint Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The role leads architecture, governance, and support of enterprise collaboration platforms, delivering scalable SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams integrations, Copilot, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.

6+ years in relevant roles are required, with strong experience in governance, information architecture, and large-scale migrations.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience required.
• 8 years of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 engineering experience preferred.
• 5+ years of SharePoint Online experience preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations preferred.
• Experience developing governance, information architecture, and content management strategies preferred.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of SharePoint Online across the enterprise.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop governance, information architecture, and content lifecycle policies enterprise-wide.
• Lead intranet, portal, document management, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable content management solutions supporting operations and client engagement.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into modern Microsoft 365 solutions.
