Job summary

Dev Technology Group seeks a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and support business applications for federal government clients. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft 365 services in a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, translating business requirements into secure, scalable solutions, collaborating with PMs, tech leads, and analysts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
3–5+ years developing business apps, automation, or enterprise tech solutions.
Hands-on Power Platform development experience.
Experience building Power Apps Canvas apps and Power Automate workflows.
Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and/or Microsoft Lists.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
Ability to design user-friendly, professional interfaces and apply UI/UX fundamentals.
Understanding of data modeling, permissions, testing, deployment concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions.
Build Power Apps canvases and model-driven apps; create automated workflows.
Configure data solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related sources.
Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
Troubleshoot performance, permissions, and integration issues; create reusable components.
Work in an Agile or hybrid team; participate in planning, stand-ups, and demos.
Follow ALM practices; support CI/CD, environment management, and deployments.
Provide estimates and communicate impacts of scope changes.
