Job summary

Rytech Restoration is seeking an experienced Water and Fire Restoration Technician in Marietta, GA to step into a lead role. You will oversee hands-on restoration tasks, coordinate crews, and ensure quality results on time.

The position offers $20-$25 per hour, full-time, with BOE, overtime, health benefits, PTO, and IICRC certification reimbursement. Join a fast-paced team and take ownership of your work while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• WRT Certification is required.
• Experience with mitigation equipment and processes.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Clean driver’s license.
• Ability to work on-call and in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and fire restoration.
• Inspect damages and develop mitigation plans.
