Qualifications

• Experience in water damage mitigation or related field.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Ability to operate restoration equipment and perform physical labor.
• Strong leadership and crew supervision experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Availability for on-call shifts and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Operate and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters.
• Conduct moisture mapping, damage assessments, and document job site conditions.
• Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and project managers throughout the mitigation process.
• Ensure all work meets IICRC standards and company quality guidelines.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on proper mitigation techniques and safety protocols.
• Complete accurate job documentation, moisture logs, and daily progress reports.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
