Job summary

SERVPRO of Minnetonka has an opening for a Restoration Crew Lead who coordinates, monitors, and performs restoration work to fulfill service needs and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate brings several years in restoration/construction and experience leading water mitigation projects.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, ensuring quality, documenting job files, and maintaining safety per OSHA guidelines, while managing labor and materials on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in restoration and construction.
• Experience managing residential and commercial water mitigation projects.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled with quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and monitor online reviews.
• Communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided.
• Manage labor and consumables on assigned projects; communicate progress to project manager.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines on job sites.
• Protect and manage equipment and materials; handle assets.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

• Someone with several years of experience in the restoration and construction industry and
• Someone who can manage residential and commercial water mitigation projects.

• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projectsCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
