SERVPRO of Sumner County is seeking a capable Restoration Supervisor to lead field crews in restoration projects. The role focuses on coordinating production, ensuring quality, and maintaining client satisfaction through effective on-site supervision and documentation.

The position requires a driver’s license and at least 1 year of restoration or similar experience; IICRC certification is a plus but not mandatory. Competitive hourly compensation is offered in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled with quality control.
• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Supervise restoration technicians and communicate clear expectations.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support services.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate project progress with the restoration project manager and office staff.

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Lead Tech / Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
