Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical and mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction while coordinating with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and leadership to drive successful outcomes.

The role supports business growth with strong leadership and a focus on delivering high-quality projects across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with construction technology, scheduling tools, and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and closeout.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and customer expectations.
• Lead project meetings and provide direction to superintendents, foremen, and field personnel across multiple projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor project performance, financial results, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business.
