We're hiring on behalf of our client: Project Manager – Electrical & Mission Critical Construction
We are representing a leading electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of mission critical and data center work, who are looking for an experienced PM to lead projects from planning through closeout. This is a chance to take real ownership of a project. Driving safe, profitable, on-time delivery. You’ll:
- Plan, staff, and schedule electrical and mission critical construction projects, ensuring materials, tools, and information are in place to meet scope and construction timelines.
- Own project execution end to end, from reviewing plans and specifications to resolving field issues as they come up.
- Provide on-site leadership across multiple projects, directing superintendents, foremen, crew leaders, journey persons, apprentices, and helpers.
- Coordinate field installations and project closeouts, keeping cost, schedule, and quality on target throughout.
- Visit job sites regularly to engage with crews, customers, and general contractors, ensuring progress and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and build the client relationships that keep our client top of mind for future work.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction (or comparable experience.)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred; equivalent studies or experience considered.
- Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with solid technology/computer proficiency.
