Job summary

Michael Page partners with a medium-sized organization specializing in restaurant, convenience store and retail development within commercial construction. Lead on-site activities across the project lifecycle, managing subcontractors, vendors and field personnel to drive productivity and safety.

The Successful Applicant has 10+ years of field leadership, data center or advanced sector experience, strong scheduling and safety discipline, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field leadership experience.
• Experience on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Data center construction experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure productivity and accountability.
• Drive project safety initiatives and maintain compliance with site requirements.
• Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling activities to meet milestones.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is completed to specifications.
• Collaborate closely with project management, preconstruction, and client stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and proactively resolve field-related challenges.
