Job summary

Michael Page seeks a Senior MEP Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects for industrial and manufacturing clients from conception through commissioning. You will coordinate across design teams, field crews, and subcontractors to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes on complex multi-trade efforts.

Qualifications

• Oversee installation and coordination of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, fire protection).
• Manage subcontractors and trade labor to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; implement recovery strategies as needed.
• Enforce site safety programs and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues.
• Lead inspections, commissioning, turnover, and training processes for all systems.
• Maintain detailed daily records of MEP trade progress and participate in preconstruction planning.

Responsibilities
