Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking a senior hands-on engineer to lead microcircuit assembly process development and NPI initiatives in Santa Rosa, CA. You will collaborate across materials, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing disciplines to deliver production-ready processes.

The role emphasizes ownership of process development, qualification of new equipment, and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced lab and production environment. U.S. person clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• DOE, statistical analysis, and root-cause methodologies to resolve complex process and yield problems.
• Experience leading NPI programs and participating in design reviews.
• Strong communication skills for management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and technical lead for microcircuit assembly processes across multiple bonding and placement methods.
• Lead NPI programs, represent process engineering in design reviews and cross-functional forums.
• Own qualification of new equipment, materials, and processes; drive yield improvements.
