Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with RF and uW circuit experience.
• Experience in test & measurement with RF and microwave theory/applications.
• Proficient in object‑oriented programming.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to develop new product models and features.
• Design and implement calibration algorithms.
• Design, develop, debug, evaluate and execute validation and verification tests.
• Develop test boards and fixtures for Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Manage instrument hardware and measurement/calibration processes during NPI and production.
• Design/modify test stations, analyze data, and provide product recommendations.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to production line specs.
