Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven track record leading and managing the execution of complex processes, projects and tactics.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, metrology and quality processes.
• Direct experience with continuous process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the engineering roadmap for future product technologies and metrology advancements.
• Lead manufacturing engineering and NPI activities, including DFM/DFT.
• Drive root-cause investigations and resolution of complex production issues.
• Advance metrology methodologies and measurement system capabilities.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization and foster continuous improvement.
• Manage cross-functional projects across Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
