- Collaborates with the NPI team to meet goals and assess test methodologies.
- Accountable for metrics and drives corrective actions for compliance.
- Leads return-to-factory repair prioritization and delivery performance.
- Leads meetings and coordinates priorities across teams.
- Guides transformation to align with 7x7X initiatives.
