Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking an R&D Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for passive interposer substrates within our Heterogeneous Integration program. This onsite role partners with Design, Integration, Test, Operations, and Failure Analysis teams to meet yield, cycle time, throughput, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of hands-on semiconductor process experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with SPC and DOE.
• Willing to relocate to Santa Rosa, CA if not local.

Responsibilities

• Own metrology strategy and sampling plans.
• Drive process control with SPC and root-cause analysis.
• Define process flows and CPI efforts to maximize yield.
• Lead capital equipment evaluation, qualification and deployment.
• Ensure smooth hand-off to manufacturing partners.
• Support data pipelines and real-time process visibility.
