Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Georgia’s Ellabell DC is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to ensure high equipment availability. You will handle preventive and predictive maintenance, rapidly troubleshoot breakdowns, and guide technicians and contractors on complex problems.

The role requires 4+ years in mechanical/electrical maintenance, PLC and robotics proficiency, and the ability to train others. This full-time position includes an associate discount, benefits, 401(k), and growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance in a distribution center environment.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams, electrical measurement, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Troubleshoot PLC programs, field buses, and communications modules.
• Develop work plans with peers for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Create and close Work Orders using asset management apps.
