Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to ensure high equipment availability in a distribution center environment. The role focuses on electrical/mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on MHE, conveyors, robotics, and ASRS systems.

You will train technicians, coordinate with contractors, and travel for parts. The position requires a valid license and 4+ years of relevant experience, with a competitive shift from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0
• 4+ years of mechanical or electrical maintenance in a DC environment.
• Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent PC competency and use of handheld apps.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams and electrical measurements.
• Experience with PLC, robotics, MHE safety and NEC standards.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of MHE (conveyors, sortation, robotics, ASRS).
• Validate quality of work and collaborate with outside contractors.
• Develop work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
• Troubleshoot PLC programs, field buses, and communication modules.
• Operate Burlington vehicles for on-site and off-site maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; ensure safe work environment.
• Document work orders with labor hours, downtime, root cause, and parts used.
