Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician for the Logan, UT distribution center. You will serve as the technical SME, troubleshooting MHE, guiding technicians, and ensuring high equipment availability across the facility.

Responsibilities include PLC and robotics maintenance, safety compliance, and hands-on training. The role requires 4+ years in mechanical or electrical maintenance and a valid driver's license, with on-site duties and occasional travel.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years’ experience in the Mechanical or Electrical maintenance field in a distribution center environment.
• Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent PC competency and ability to use mobile apps on handheld devices.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols and electrical measuring.
• Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance procedures.
• Experience with industrial tools.
• Basic carpentry and plumbing.
• Basic metal fabrication and welding.
• Blueprint and schematic reading.
• Work order management.
• Industrial electrical, controls and electronics.
• Programmable Logic Control (PLC) programs.
• National Electrical Code (NEC) and MHE safety standards.
• Automated material handling equipment or robotic maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and troubleshoot MHE: conveyors, sortation, robotics, and AS/RS.
• Troubleshoot PLC programs, I/O boards, field buses, and Ethernet modules.
• Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Operate company vehicles for on-site and off-site maintenance.
• Train technicians and trainees to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; maintain a safe work environment.
