International Motors in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer - MES to drive digital transformation of truck manufacturing operations. You will lead MES development, implementation, and optimization across plant systems, connecting production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

The candidate will combine manufacturing engineering expertise with MES platforms, automation, and data integration to improve safety, quality, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or engineering with 2+ years in product manufacturing or equivalent.
• Master's degree and 1+ year experience or 5+ years experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES initiatives for truck manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Develop MES roadmaps aligned with plant and enterprise objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for MES applications and manufacturing systems.
• Mentor engineers and support cross-functional project teams.
• Analyze production workflows to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Lead integration between MES, ERP, PLC, SCADA, and quality systems.
• Provide MES support for production operations and root cause analysis.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for productivity and quality.
