Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior MEP Project Manager to lead and develop a team of MEP professionals, ensuring successful delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across construction projects.

You will coordinate with design teams, trade partners, and field crews, monitor procurement, scheduling, and cost controls, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7 years in MEP systems within construction projects or related field.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of MEP professionals for high performance.
• Oversees end-to-end MEP project execution with design teams and field crews.
• Manages procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Implements quality control and safety protocols on MEP projects.
• Reviews MEP documentation for compliance and future reference.
