Qualifications

• Experience coordinating moderately complex MEP systems across design development through construction.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Familiarity with design coordination processes and constructability reviews.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates coordination of moderately complex MEP systems across design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues and align project objectives.
• Reviews MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.
• Facilitates coordination meetings and communicates updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Reviews potential conflicts or risks related to MEP systems and addresses issues proactively.
• Supports less experienced team members in ensuring building services are properly planned and integrated.
• Follows MEP safety procedures for installation and testing in the field with trade partners.
